The first Living World was opened in Alam Sutera, Tangerang in 2011 with an area of 140,000 m². Starting in 1955, Mr. Wong Jin got the inspiration for the name “Kawan Lama” from a casual chat. That simple moment became the forerunner to the birth of Kawan Lama Group which now operates in six business pillars, namely Industrial & Commercial, Consumer Retail, Food & Beverage, Property & Hospitality, Commercial Technology, and Manufacturing & Engineering.
